First Metal Concert I’ve Been To in a While

I haven’t been to a major show since 2018, and I’ve always wanted to see Whitechapel live since they’re my favorite band. So when I saw that they were coming to Baltimore, I could not miss it, and I wasn’t disappointed! The opening bands were great, I just wish I could have heard the lead vocalist of Entheos a little better in their set.

Back to Whitechapel: although not everyone may agree, I really like the change in style and pace with The Valley, especially knowing the meaning behind this album. You can really hear and feel the emotion behind Phil’s voice and to be able to hear him singing Hickory Creek live was an experience I’ll never forget.
